I’m a survivor who’s chosen to step forward, using my voice to help others break the silence around abuse and trauma—because every voice matters. I’m a mom of four dogs and an animal lover—caring for them fills my days with joy. Being a mom to my daughter is my greatest honor—I grow every day, striving to be better. Dancing is my healing, and singing at the top of my lungs—whether I’m cooking or celebrating life—is how I thrive. I value deep friendships and stay transparent, both in my life and with my friends—I believe in authenticity and connection.
